A light, straw-yellow wine with greenish reflections. It has an enjoyable, forthright aroma, with peach notes very much to the fore. The dry, velvety, relatively aromatic palate is unmistakably typical, with a touch of bitter almond.

Winemaking Process
Soft pressing of the just-harvested grapes. The must, having had the skins and any impurities removed, ferments with the assistance of selected yeasts. The fermentation temperature is kept at a constant 13 degrees. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is racked and filtered before being left to age for around 3 months in stainless-steel tanks.
